Beth Bakes: Protein Waffles

As promised here is the recipe for protein waffles!


1 scoop protein powder (I use Perfectfit)
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
Almond Milk
Cinnamon to taste

1. Mash half the banana.
2. Add your protein powder.
3. Add liquid egg white.
4. Stir and add as much almond milk to get a thin but not watery batter.
5. Add cinnamon to taste. Lately, I have been using the cinnamon flavor protein powder so I haven't been adding it.
6. Eat right away or wrap in foil and freeze for another day.
7. Enjoy the fruit on top instead of sugary syrup!
